Wine description
The growing demand for aromatic white wines has influenced growers to plant
more of the international premium varietals. Although Trentino regional white
wines are sometimes considered light by international standards, the best of
them have an unexpected propensity to age.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with green highlights. The nose is clean, delicate, with hints
of acacia flowers, honey and pear. The sip is dry, fresh, fruity with an enjoyable
acidic edge and a pleasant finish of flower and exotic fruit that recall the
natural fragrances of the variety.
Food pairing
Excellent aperitif; ideal with delicate soups, vegetable risottos, and seafood
courses.
