Tradition

It was born in the eighties as business brand, taking as reference a building of 1700 in the center of the town of Roverè della Luna.

The structure, which belonged to the Parisi family in the last century and is now owned by the municipality, it is surmounted by a crenellated square-shaped tower. The view of the full moon that can be glimpsed at night among the battlements of the tower creates a particular suggestion in the town that brings the moon back into the name.

The influence of the moon is decisive in agricultural operations such as sowing, pruning and cutting of wood but also in wine.

It is only thanks to technological improvements such as sterile filtration that it is possible to work the wines at any time of the year, before the wines were bottled with a waning moon and never with climate changing!
